Design and Engineering

We deliver customized innovative solutions with an experienced team of design professionals to help with concepts, thermal and technical calculations, the value of engineering and compliance with building codes, especially the UAE fire and life safety code of practice. Whether it’s a new build or a refurbishment project, our engineers are able to design the proper solution to ensure the watertight integrity of your roof and cladding system. Installation & Project Management

We professionally oversee every aspect of the project from the initial concept through design, manufacturing, quality control, and logistics to the final installation. Planning work and resources according to the needs of each operation with contracting management and compliance deadlines are emphasized. We provide our clients with a top-notch level of service to complete the installation in a timely and efficient manner.

Manufacturing

Determined by the panels’ length, Aegis Top Sheets can be produced onsite or in our factory. Our fully automated “American Technology“ machines are produced from the highest quality materials and developed to simplify onsite roll forming. This unique design eliminates the need for making adjustments when changing material types, gauges, and widths. Equipped with 304 stainless steel forming rollers, we can produce a product virtually free of oil canning and a quality that is unsurpassed in the industry. Our machines are designed to produce three profile patterns, however, they can also develop new patterns according to individual requirements
